Required to apply:
Excellent written and spoken English (professional fluency)
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Management, or related fields
2-4 years of work experience
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive communication
Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software
Reliable internet connection and ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours
Nice to Have:
Prior experience supporting U.S.-based company
Customer service or client-facing experience
Experience working in a remote or international team environment
